It has been another fantastic week of learning. Our story focus this week was Ruby's Worry which encouraged some brilliant work around emotions and feelings, we had lots of discussions on this topic for Children's Mental Health Week.
After researching and designing, this week, it was time to create and construct our bridges. The children in school were given a STEM challenge using cocktail sticks and sweets/marshmallows to see how they could use the resources to build a bridge. There was a lot of teamwork and critical thinking about how to make their bridge strong and stable! The children at home were very creative in their use of resources, we had junk modelling, cardboard, Lego, wood and more! I am so impressed with the creations! A big well done to you all!!
