As part our History topic, Remembrance Year Two made their own poppies. These will be displayed in St Andrews church for the Remembrance service.
Mrs Dennis. Year Two have been thinking about the importance of Remembrance, they had a go at writing their own acrostic poems based on the theme.
Mrs Dennis. Year Two had a great day learning all about Climate change and thinking about what we could do to help change the world and save our planet!
Mrs Dennis. Our wow wall is filling up with lots of fantastic achievements from both home and school.
Mrs Dennis. Year Two enjoyed making their African masks during our Geography topic learning about Mugurameno in Zambia.
Mrs Dennis. Year Two had great fun in the Forest School area on Friday morning. They were hunting for Autumnal items using a spotter sheet and they also created some artwork in the style of Andy Goldsworthy based on ‘Where I live.’
Mrs Dennis. As part of our Science work we have been thinking about how exercise affects our bodies. We took our resting heart rate whilst we were sitting on the carpet and then we went and carried out a series of different exercises and looked at how it affected our heart rate.
