Cows don’t go who they go MOOO! It's been great receiving all of your emails and photos telling me what you've been up to. I've even been lucky enough to speak to a few of you on the phone. Lots of you have been on lovely bike rides and long walks on the moors. You've all been working super hard and it's been lovely to hear about some science investigations that you've been doing. I'm pleased that you've all been spending quality time with your family and some of you have even been helping out mum and dad at home. I've enjoyed watching some of the animations you've been creating as well. Keep up the good work Year 4 - I'm super proud of you!
Wow! Thank you so much for sending in all of your lovely photos showing what you've been getting up to over the last few days. It has really made me smile. Thank you also for your emails telling me about everything you've been up to. It's been lovely to hear that you've been working hard and keeping busy. I love that lots of you are starting your day with the Joe Wicks workout and it is especially pleasing to see so many of you outdoors and being active in the glorious weather we have been having. Please keep in touch and keep sending me your wonderful photos!

It's been wonderful to see you all working hard and also getting out in the sunshine. There are certainly some fantastic learning spaces which have been set up at home.
Here is the topic project for the week (it, of course, can extend into the Easter break if required/wanted). The idea would be to have a go at a task from each of the subject boxes, your choice which! This project will roll out over all of KS2, meaning if you have siblings accessing the same, they can work together. Have fun with it and I look forward to seeing some of your learning.

To begin with, they weighed a glass of lemonade using digital scales. After that, they stirred it for 10 minutes until all of the bubbles had disappeared. Finally, they weighed the glass of lemonade again and observed the difference in weight. They noticed that there was a slight decrease in weight which allowed them to conclude that the gas in lemonade, carbon dioxide, weighs a small amount.
